Free Preschool! If you live in the town of Phillipsburg, your child is entitled free preschool. The only requirements are that you live in the town of Phillipsburg and your child must be 3 or 4 by Oct.1st . In addition to free preschool your child is also entitled to free breakfast, lunch, and snack daily.  As unbelievable as this may seem, free transportation is also available.  Our school follows the Phillipsburg School District calendar a our day begins at 8:15am and ends at 2:15pm.
